These are the complaints to Lyca TV about their incompetent service to customers. (me)
Phone messages and emails have no customer focus.
On the whole Lyca TV has no customer focus, does not provide adequate customer satisfaction, customer courtesy and customer care. Finally drooping towards a failure.

The service worked for one day and today (3/7/19) it failed and went blank. It sustained for about ten minutes I switched off the Lyca box and switched again and the service was okay. I called Colombo and they said that I should switch off, pull all plugs, leave it for half an hour and switch on again. This is like the Nigerian/ African third world service. I will do as they said today. However, if the fault reappears again tomorrow, I will contact you. Please cancel my service and refund the appropriate portion of my subscription. It will be about half the subscription I have paid, please. OR make Lyca TV work better for me by correcting your service and bring some competent staff. Customers should not be asked to switch off and on again every day. This is Australia, not Jaffna. WE pay one year in advance. Customer Focus, Customer Service and Customer satisfaction are key criteria for good business.

My LycaTV Tencorta and KTV, Sun TV Interruptions were quite frequent. Every time I call some fellow or girl says that the service will be returned to normal as they are updating. It's over one month now. I am surprised as to how you guys are managing with fundamentalist people. I will report LycaTV to the ombudsman of Victoria if the service is not returned to normal within one week. If you cannot recruit competent staff then you should close down. I am also going to the media.
